Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.  

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

All shipping charges for every order are free, in the USA except for Alaska and Hawaii. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.    

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

nglstore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

 Damages

If you have received an order that was damaged during shipping, please email us immediately with the description of the damage as well as a picture. You can reach us at nglstoreusa@gmail.com

 In order to receive a replacement or a refund, you must save all packaging materials, the product itself, and the damaged goods until personnel from the shipping carrier are sent out and have fully inspected the package.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
